In the evening of April 17, in front of the Military College of Armenia in Nor Nork Community, which is also known as the military academy, a clash among criminals and local strongmen was clamped down. Witnesses say the clash would result in killings if the police arrived a little late. Of course, it is amazing that the police was not late. What is more surprising, however, is something else, and neither is the cause of the clash.
The interesting thing is that the scene of criminal fights is already the Military College, a few meters from the gate of which this incident occurred. Formerly such incidents happened on the far outskirts of the city, out of people's sight, whereas now they happen in front of colleges. Apparently the next incident is going to happen inside the gate of the College, in the middle of the ground.
Moreover, the ground could be let for a charge, and the rent would go to the budget of the military college. In addition, it is possible to let the ground for several incidents at one time. It is possible to work out a promotion campaign, such as offer discount on rent, or medical aid to those injured during the shoot-out, or free treatment at the military hospital to people with bad injuries. Or, offer shooting the incidents and showing the best in the military news report. After all, this is evidence to our military effectiveness, because if one day Azerbaijan or another country decides to attack Armenia, no doubt the gangs will stop fighting with one another and come together to fight the enemy. Moreover, they are now fighting in order to keep "fit".
It is possible to offer free transportation of participants of the fight to the scene and back. Otherwise, they arrive in expensive cars, which may be damaged carelessly. It is also possible to award the best participants.
Though if we be more serious, the situation is not so funny. The gangs are becoming so brazen that they no longer care about fighting somewhere far from city people. Moreover, the scene of their fights becomes an important facility for the country's security.
One more thing. The fight occurred in front of the night club across the military college. This circumstance is also symbolic: the place where the command of the army is educated is side by side with the night club.
