RA Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan was in parliament today to present the 2009 Human Rights Report, but before that, he visited the halls for journalists and got acquainted with the conditions that had raised journalists' concerns.
Armen Harutyunyan also took note of certain technical inconveniences. NA Chief of Staff Gegham Gharibjanyan informed that all issues would be solved before the next four-day session and that there would be speakers.
Armen Harutyunyan presented the 2009 Human Rights Report in a half empty hall. In general, MPs are quite passive on Thursdays and there is almost nobody in the hall during the last session of the day.
