According to the presidential press service, on June 7, Serge Sargsyan issued a decree dismissing Hrachya Harutyunyan from the post of deputy chief of the National Security Service and appointing him Head of State Guard Service.
Recall that this institute maintains the security of high-ranking officials and the security of state institutions. Hrachya Harutyunyan will replace the former head of Police Hayk Harutyunyan, who was appointed chief of Prisons Office of Justice Ministryon these days, after the head of this office Ashot Giziryan was appointed regional head of Shirak region.
