The board of Armenakan-Ramkavar Azatakan Party has issued a statement today which reads:
"All talks about concessions are irrelevant and hazardous given the absence of guarantees for Karbakh's security and Azerbaijan's ongoing bellicose statements.
The territories liberated at the cost of numerous lives cannot become a subject of bargaining. The Armenian side must can demand a material compensation from Azerbaijan for unleashing a war and killing thousands of innocent victims. The issues of Shahumyan and 400 000 Armenian refugees must be raised at a state level. Moreover, the liberated territories must be inhabited in the near future.
The Armenian society and state bodies must realize that the liberated territories are not only major security guarantees for the Nagorno Karbakh Republic and Armenia but also a pledge for peace."
